Fresh case received from the facilitation center. It be checked and
registered.
Present : Sh. Rahul Sand, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Heard on the application u/s 175(3) BNSS. I have
perused the file. Considering the nature of dispute, I deem it fit to
redact the name of accused from the cause title. The cause title shall
be now Gulshan Vs. S. Computer Branch be intimated.
SHO, PS concerned is directed to file an action taken
report stating the following:-
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the
complainant in the police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the
complaint.
3. Whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, any
cognizable offence has been made out against the accused person and
whether any action has been taken by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered & status of
investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the
complainant has been informed accordingly.
Copy of the complainant alongwith the annexures be
supplied to the concerned Naib Court for compliance.
ATR be called from the SHO concerned returnable for
03.01.2026.
