This court is in receipt of order dated 31.01.2026 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi whereby bail application has been preferred by accused Shivam has been dismissed. Let PW be issued for accused Sameer @ Chooha through concerned JS for his physical appearance on NDOH. Put up for arguments on charge on 26.02.2026.
