An application has been filed on behalf of accused Shivam
seeking discharge. Copy supplied.
Despite repeated directions, accused Sameer @ Chooha has not
been produced physically before this court. Copy of the charge sheet was
supplied to his mother on LDOH. His physical presence was necessary to
unable him to give instruction to his legal aid counsel, so that the matter can
be proceeded.
Let notice be issued to JS concerned, Gurugram Jail to furnish
explanation for non production of accused Sameer @ Chooha physically
before this court despite directions, on NDOH.
In view of the same, let production warrants be issued for
physical appearance of accused Sameer @ Chooha through concerned JS
Gurugram Jail for NDOH.
Put up for arguments on charge on 11.03.2026.
