mentioned in column 12, however, the recovery of the stolen article has
only been effected from accused Jitender Solanki and accordingly, there are
no grounds for summoning the suspect mentioned in column 12.
Perusal of chargesheet shows that there is sufficient material
against the accused Mohd. Arif
prima facie for an offence U/s. 317(2) of
BNS.
In view of the same, I take cognizance of offence under
Section e U/s. 317(2) of BNS against the accused Mohd. Arif.
Let summons be issued to the accused Mohd. Arif through
concerned SHO for NDOH.
