Complainant Praveen Singh Rajawat in person.
Accused in person.
Matter is at the stage of PE.
The Complainant has stated that he has amicably settled the
matter with the accused and that he does not wish to proceed further in the
present case and prayed that he may be permitted to compound the offence
punishable u/s 317(2) of BNS with the accused.
Separate statement of complainant / victim has been recorded in
this regard. Complainant has placed on record copy of his Aadhar Card in
proof of his identity.
In view of the statement given by the complainant / victim in
the court today, the offence punishable u/s 317(2) of BNS stands
compounded and the present matter is hereby disposed off as settled.
Accused stands acquitted for the offence punishable under
section 317(2) of BNS.
The P/B & S/B of the accused is cancelled. Surety is
discharged. The original documents of the accused and surety, if any on
record, be released to the accused / surety after cancellation of the
endorsements thereupon as and when so applied.
The superdari of the case property, if any, stands cancelled.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
