Perusal of record shows that court bail has already been
granted to the accused.
Ld. LADC for accused has stated that accused is released on
personal bond as accused will not be able to furnish a fresh surety bond.
In interest of justice, same is allowed.
Personal bond furnished. Same has been duly checked and
accepted.
Accused be released if not required in any other case.

Surety Babli is present.
Ld. Counsel for surety.
Ld. Counsel for surety has submitted that surety wishes to withdraw herself
as the surety for accused and has prayed that her documents i.e. RC may be released.
Surety has submitted that she had stood surety as he was her neighbor,
however, she has no control over the accused and cannot secure the presence of accused
before the court and produced him after much effort today. Accused has furnished no
explanation, accordingly, accused is taken into custody. Let his custody warrants be
prepared.
Since charge sheet is yet to be filed in the present case, issue notice to IO
for NDOH. Let accused be produced on 09.09.2025 before concerned court for further
proceedings.
Earlier surety, namely Babli stands discharged.
