Present: Ld. counsel for complainant.
Perusal of record reveals that postal receipt as well tracking report of demand
notice has not been field by complainant. Let the same be e filed at least two days prior to
NDOH. Otherwise, complainant is directed to file appropriate affidavit/document pertaining to
service of demand notice upon accused.
Let notice be issued to proposed accused as per Section-223 of BNSS, 2023 for
NDOH. Copy of the complaint along-with documents to accompany the said notice.
The above-mentioned notice be sent through all permissible modes for NDOH in-
cluding electronic mode i.e., e-mail or WhatsApp on filing of PF by the Complainant within 30
days from today.
Complainant is permitted to serve the said notice on the proposed accused through
Registered post/speed post or any other authorized courier service as well as through electronic
mode and is thereby directed to place service report of the same before this Court by NDOH.
(Let the same be e-filed at least 2 days before NDOH).
Furthermore, it be clearly specified on the notice that, this court being a digital
court, the proceedings are conducted online through Webex Video Conferencing application
and the proposed accused is to appear through the VC link of the Court on NDOH.
Put up for appearance of proposed accused /further proceedings on 03.03.2026.
Complainant is directed to keep the original documents in safe custody until their
production is deemed necessary by this Court.
