column no. 12 as earlier accused Suraj Prasad disclosed the name of Sunil, to be
accompanying him at the time of theft and later during CCTV footage, suspect
Pramod was found accompanying the accused Suraj and entering the Mall. IO
further submits that the CCTV footage of the incident is not present and therefore,
Pramod has been kept in column no. 12.
Charge-sheet perused. Heard.
Perusal of chargesheet shows that there is sufficient material against
the accused prima facie for an offence under Section U/s. 305/3(5) BNS.
In view of the same, cognizance of offence under Section 305/3(5)
BNS is taken.
