Ravish /0 (South Rohini) 31.08.2026 Undersigned is having pendency of approximately 8600 cases in this court. Present: Sh. Luv Chaudhary , Ld. Counsel for complainant along with complainant. Sh. Daniyal Ayyubi, ld proxy counsel for the accused. Accused in person. Heard on the point of framing of notice. Prima Facie material for framing of notice. Substance of allegations against the accused person has been explained to the accused in vernacular. Notice under Section 274 BNSS served upon the accused person to which the accused person pleaded not guilty and claimed trial and further disclosed his defence. Ld. Counsel for the accused person has verbally requested to allow his application u/s 145 (2) N.I. Act. Same is not opposed by the counsel for the complainant. In view of the no objection by the counsel for the complainant, verbal request of the Ld. Counsel for accused to cross examine the complainant stands allowed. In view of the defence stated by the accused, this court is of the view that the present case be tried as summon case. At this stage, it is submitted on behalf of the parties jointly that they are willing to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement and have requested that matter be referred to the Mediation Cell. -- 1 of 1 --
