Fresh case received from the facilitation center. It be checked and
registered.
Present : Sh. Sagar Dawar, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
1. Heard on the application u/s 175(3) BNS.
2. The grievance of the complainant is that despite
disclosing a cognizable offence and despite compliance
with section 173(4) BNSS : 153(4) CrPC the police
have not registered an FIR.
3. Upon a
prima facie consideration of the record, I deem it
fit to call a report from the SHO concerned, on the
following points :-
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by
the complainant in the police station. (Yes/No)
2. If yes, date of receipt of such information (Date or
dates, as applicable)
3. Action taken (FIR registered/NCR
registered/Complaint filed/any other action)
4. Whether preliminary inquiry was completed within
14 days of receipt of information? (Yes/No)
5. If yes, the result of the said preliminary inquiry.
4. Complainant is directed to provide an additional copy of
complaint and annexures.
5. The concerned Naib Court/Parivi Officer is directed to
collect the same for ensuring compliance.
Failure to do so
on the part of Naib Court/Pairvi Officer shall be viewed
strictly.

6. Be that as it may, as an additional precaution to ensure that
report is positively received from the PS on NDOH, the
complainant shall also be at liberty to submit the
complaint alongwith the copy of this order at the PS
against acknowledgment.
7. Put up for report on 30.10.2026.
