In view of the statement and as the matter has already been settled between the parties for the offence under Section 379/411/34 IPC, the offence under Section 379/411/34 IPC stands compounded and accused is hereby acquitted for the offence punish- able u/s 379/411/34 IPC being compoundable in nature in the present FIR. Bail bonds and superdarinama, if any stands cancelled. Surety be discharged, if any. Original documents, if any, retained on record be returned to the rightful person against receiving and after cancellation of endorsement, if any.
