Perusal of record shows that the date on the return
memo is shown as 12.12.2024 and the legal demand notice was
sent to the accused on 24.02.2025. It appears that legal demand
notice was sent beyond 30 days period after the cheque was
dishonoured. Accordingly, complainant is directed to apprise the
court regarding the above said delay on NDOH ie. 30.4.2027
