Status report has been filed by the IO where it has been stated
that the FSL result is still not ready.

Sh. Sanjeev Kumar examined in chief, cross examined and
discharged as PW-4.
HC Arun Rana and Ct. Rahul have been examined in chief as
PW-5 and PW-6 respectively and cross examination has been deferred at
request of Ld. counsels for accused persons as the FSL result is still
awaited.
Accordingly, let court notice be issued to concerned FSL to
expedite the FSL result in the present matter through concerned IO/SHO
for NDOH.
Let fresh summons be issued to HC Arun Rana and Ct. Rahul
through IO/SHO concerned along with MHCM with case property for
NDOH.
