Sh. Pushkar Kumar Singh, Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/accused.
This is an application seeking bail of accused/applicant
Kishan @ Golu moved on behalf of the applicant/accused.
It is submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in
this case and has nothing to do with the alleged offence. It is further
submitted that the applicant is in JC since 09.02.2025 and is no more
required for the further investigation as charge sheet has been filed and
further the earlier bail application which was dismissed was filed prior to
the filing of charge sheet. It is further submitted that the applicant would
appear before the court on the date fixed and would not interfere with the
investigation in any manner.
Per contra, Ld. APP for State has opposed the bail application
of the applicant stating that there are chances that applicant may jump bail
and may commit similar offence in future.
Heard. Record perused.
In the present case, since the charge sheet has been filed and
trial will take its due course, court bail is granted to accused on furnishing
of bail bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each.
B/B and S/B not furnished.
Hence, the application stands disposed off.
