In view of the same, it appears that the accused Krishan @ Golu is
intentionally avoiding appearance in the court. Issue BW in sum of Rs. 5000/- with one
surety in the like amount against the accused Krishan @ Golu through SHO concerned
returnable on NDOH.
Let fresh summons be issued to PW HC Arun Rana and Ct. Rahul
through IO/SHO concerned along with MHCM with case proprety for NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused/PE on 07.04.2026.
