Ld. counsel submits that the vehicle was wrongfully
seized by the officials of Enforcement Branch, Transport
Department and infact despite their own acknowledgment of
their mistake, the vehicle was scrapped.
As per reply of SI P. K.Lal, PS Maurya Enclave, the
complaint pertains to Enforcement Branch, Transport department
and no cognizable offene is made out.
In view of arguments made before me and in view
of ATR, the complainant is directed to provide an additional copy
of complaint to be sent to Enforcement Branch.
