Vide order dated 26.11.2024, court notice was issued to the proposed accused.
As per report court notice were issued through Whatsapp and the same were
delivered with double white tick. Screen shots annexed.
None has appeared on behalf of the proposed accused.
No adverse order is being passed today.
In terms of orders dt. 26.11.2024 originals are not deposited by the complainant in
the court. Be filed by NDOH.
