The complainant submits that he does not want to pursue
the present case and also do not demand any compensation from the
accused or State and that now he has no grievance against any person
and he wants to compound the offence. Let the statement of
complainant be recorded to this effect.

IO submits that he has verified the details of ownership
of case property i.e. motorcycle bearing no. DL4S CY 8667 and the
same belongs to the complainant.
Complainant prays that case property be released to him.
Case property be released to him on preparation of panchnama. Copy
of this order be given dasti to the complainant.
Summons to accused received back with report that he is
Rohini Jail in FIR no. 718 under Section 392/34 IPC PS Bawana.
Let Production Warrant be issued against the accused for
the NDOH with the endorsement of bail status of the accused.
