This is a fresh complaint to be considered u/s 223 BNSS, 2024.
Vide order dated 22.10.2024, court notice was issued to the proposed accused.
As per report, court notice were issued through Whatsapp and the same came
with the report that no valid whatsapp no. was found.
Report of physical service has not been received as yet.
None has appeared on behalf of the complainant through VC or at court’s work
station despite repeated calls today.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to verify/file the fresh address of
proposed accused with the contact details of the proposed accused having whatsapp facility.
