Accused Farukh @ Salmani and Arbaz @ Bittoo

Sh. Vinod Kumar, Ld. Counsel for both the accused
persons.
Complainant Shivani in person.
Today the complainant has settled the offence u/s
317(2)/3 (5) BNS with the accused persons for a sum of
Rs.5,000/- which the accused persons have paid to the
complainant in cash today. In view of the submission, offence u/s
317 (2)/3 (5) BNS stands compounded. Accused persons stand
acquitted of the said offence.
Heard on charge qua offense u/s 305(b) BNS.
Perusal of record shows that there was no eye-witness to the
alleged theft. There is nothing incriminating against the accused
persons qua offence u/s 305 (b) BNS. Accordingly, Accused
persons stand discharged of the offence u/s 305 (b) BNS. Nothing
is left to be adjudicated.
Bail bond of accused persons stands cancelled.
Surety stands discharged. Endorsement if any, on the documents
be cancelled forthwith. Documents, if any be released to the
rightful claimant against acknowledge after due verification by
the Ahlmad of this Court.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
