Accused Arjun @ Prem @ Vikas in person (stated to be bound
down).
Ms. Mokshada Aggarwal, Ld. LADC for accused.
BW issued against the accused received back as executed.
Accused submits that he will not be able to engage a private
counsel.
Accordingly, Ld. LADC attached to this court shall assist the
accused for today.
Court bail is granted to accused on furnishing of bail bond and
surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each.
Accused is unable to produce the surety today. Therefore, his
personal bond is accepted till the NDOH, subject to condition that he shall
produce sound surety on the NDOH.
Ld. LADC for accused submits that accused has received the
complete and legible copy of charge sheet and documents. Therefore, SD is
complete.
Ld. LADC for accused submits that she has no objection if charge
is framed against the accused today itself.
Case file has been perused. Submissions heard.
Prima facie case for offence punishable u/s. 411 of IPC has been
made out against the accused. Charge for the aforementioned offence has
accordingly been framed against the accused today itself which was read over
and explained to the accused. The accused has pleaded not guilty and has claimed
trial.
Let fresh summons be issued to complainant Anil Kumar Awasthi
for all available addresses through IO/SHO concerned for NDOH.
Be put up for PE on 17.04.2026.
