Vide order dated 28.09.2024, court notice was issued to the proposed accused.
As per report qua proposed accused no. Nirmal Wadhwa, court notice were sent
through Whatsapp and the same were delivered with double white tick.
As per report qua proposed accused no. Aakriti Wadhwa, one doctor was found at
the given address who stated that no one by the name of the accused resides at the given
address.
Accordingly, Ld. counsel for the complainant undertakes to verify/file the fresh
address of accused alongwith the fresh contact details of the accused with whatsapp facility.
Let fresh court notice be issued to the proposed accused On the fresh address so
filed, thereafter order dated 28.09.2024 be complied afresh.
