None for the proposed accused.
Report on court notice issued to proposed accused received back with
the remarks that the same has been served through whatsapp, however, the screenshot
is not annexed. Process server is instructed to annex the same in all the processes
issued by this court and is warned to be careful in future.
In terms of provision of BNSS, let fresh court notice be issued to
proposed accused to afford an opportunity of hearing, returnable for NDOH.
Executing officer is further directed to make at least three visits on
different dates, in case of non-availability of accused on a given address/addresses.
The report of each visit be furnished before the court, failing which the strict action
shall be taken against the executing officer.
In case of refusal/premises found locked and upon proper verification as
to the said address of accused, let the court notice be served through affixation and
pictures be annexed alongwith the report.
