Bail bonds not furnished by accused till date.
Notice u/s 251 CrPC has been duly served upon accused for commission of an
offence u/s 138 NI Act to which he has pleaded “Not guilty” and claimed trial.
Statement of Accused pertaining to admission and denial of documents u/s 294
CrPC recorded separately whereby he has admitted the genuineness of cheque, cheque return
memo and legal Notice (without admitting the contents thereof). In view of the admissions
thereof, there is no requirement of examining formal witnesses mentioned at serial no. 2 of the
list of witnesses filed by complainant. Accordingly, the afore-said one witness stand dropped.
As accused is appearing virtually, both -notice as well as statement recorded u/s 294
CrPC- have been sent to him through official email id of the court and he is directed to send
back duly signed scanned copy of the same to the court through email during the course of the
day i.e., until 3:00 pm. Failure to comply shall be viewed strictly.
Ahalmad is directed to upload both -notice as well as statement recorded u/s 294
CrPC- on all the digital platforms of the Court.
At this stage, both the parties have expressed their willingness to settle the present
matter through Mediation. In view of the same, matter stands adjourned and parties are directed
to appear before the Mediation Centre, Rohini Court Complex on 17.09.2025 at 12.00 PM.
Since, both the parties are appearing virtually, they are directed to duly fill and
sign the Mediation Referral form (either themselves or through their counsels) at least one day
before the date fixed for Mediation centre. Failure to fill and sign the Mediation referral form
by either of the party shall be viewed strictly.

Put up for report on settlement, if any, otherwise further proceedings on
17.12.2025.

Signed Notice as well as statement u/s 294 CrPC has not been received
back by the Court until now. The accused has wasted valuable time and resources of this
Court. Therefore, a cost of Rs. 500/- is imposed upon him to be deposited in DSLSA,
North-West, Rohini. Receipt be furnished on NDOH.
Further, accused is now directed to e-file the same atleast two days prior to
NDOH.
