cognizance u/s 138 of NI Act.
On the basis of the evidence led by way of affidavit, there is enough
material to prima facie summon the accused persons for the offence u/s 138 of NI Act.
Issue summons to the accused persons on filing of PF within 15 days from
today for NDOH.
