An application seeking amendment of the complaint to the extent of
change of the name of the complainant company alongwith another prayer seeking
substitution of AR has been filed. It is stated that the name of the complainant
company has been changed from Burroughs Welcome Pharmacia Pvt Ltd to Hygosap
Pharma Private Limited. Certificate dt. 15.05.2024 issued by ROC annexed alongwith
the application. However, no supporting certificate u/s 63 BSA has been filed
alongwith the application. Let the same be filed on or before NDOH.
Meanwhile, BWs in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one surety in the like
amount be issued against the accused, on filing of PF within two weeks, through SHO
PS concerned for 26.04.2025.
