Arguments on charge heard. Perused.
There is prima facie sufficient material on record to frame charge in
the present matter for offence under Section 25/54/59 Arms Act against the accused person.
Charge framed separately to which the accused person pleaded not
guilty and claimed trial.
Accused has submitted that he is not disputing the genuineness of
certain documents. Let the statement of accused be recorded to this effect.
Separate statement of accused u/s 294 Cr.P.C recorded qua admission
of certain documents.
In view of the said statement, PWs mentioned at serial No. 3 & 5 are
dropped from the list of prosecution witnesses in chargesheet and PWs mentioned at serial
No. 1 &2 dropped from the list of prosecution witnesses in supplementary charge sheet.
Issue summons to all the remaining PWs, through SHO concerned,
returnable for the NDOH.
Rehnumai of accused to be conducted on 14.08.2026 as per rules.
List the matter for PE on 27.08.2026.
