Matter is fixed for appearance of accused and consideration on notice.
Summons issued against the accused received back with the report that
the given address is incomplete and further in the absence of any landmark the
summons could not be served. Whatsapp service stated to be not available on the
given mobile number.
Tracking report not filed. Let the same be filed on or before NDOH.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the complainant that the legal demand
notice on the given address was returned back with the remarks insufficient address.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish the fresh verified
address of accused or verify the present address on affidavit. In case the present
address is verified, the complainant is directed to personally verify the address of
accused by visiting the said address and affixing the photographs in support of the
same or to file fresh address on affidavit. He shall also be at liberty to file
updated contact details.
In view of the above, let fresh summons be issued on verified address in
terms of previous order on filing of fresh PF/RC within two weeks from today
returnable on 19.03.2025 Complainant is directed to file tracking report alongwith 63
BSA certificate before NDOH.
