Accused Ankit Singh in person(court bail).
Sh. Sartaj, Ld. proxy counsel for all accused except accused
Ankit Singh.
IO/SI Mohar Singh in person.
Supplementary charge sheet has been filed today. Let the same
be taken on record and be tagged with the main charge sheet.
BW issued against the accused Ankit Singh received back as
executed and today, accused Ankit Singh has appeared and has sought
some time to engage a counsel.
Complete set of chargesheet as well as supplementary charge
sheet and annexed documents has been supplied to accused Satish Kumar,
Pratham Sharma, Chetan Sharma, Ankit Singh and Nitin in compliance of
Section 207 Cr.P.C.
Ld. counsel for all accused except accused Ankit Singh and
accused Ankit Singh in person submits that they have not not received the
copy of the pen drive annexed with the supplementary charge sheet.
IO has sought some time to supply the copy of the pen drive.
Let the IO be summoned afresh through concerned SHO to
supply the copy of pen drive to the accused persons for NDOH.
Be put up for compliance U/s. 207 of Cr.PC for 08.07.2025.
