Let fresh court notice be issued to the IO to supply the copy of pen-drive
containing the CCTV footage for accused Nitin and accused Ankit Singh through
concerned SHO for NDOH.
Perusal of record shows that matter was listed for today in presence of
accused Ankit Singh and despite that, accused Ankit Singh has not appeared.
Be awaited for accused Ankit Singh for 2:00 PM.

In view of the same, it appears that the accused Ankit Singh is
intentionally avoiding appearance in the court. Issue BW in sum of Rs. 5000/- with one
surety in the like amount against the accused Ankit Singh through SHO concerned
returnable on NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused Ankit Singh/compliance U/s. 207 of
Cr.PC on 20.03.2026.
