Court bail is granted to accused on furnishing of bail bond and
surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each.
PB/SB has been furnished by the accused today. Same are duly
checked and accepted.
Copy of the CD has been supplied to the accused today.
Accused has sought sometime to apprise this court with respect to
the fact that whether the said CD is in working condition or not.
Accused has further submnittesd that he had not got the coloured
photographs annexed with page no.44, 45 and 46 of the charge sheet.
Let couirt notice be issued to the IO to supply the coloured
photograp[hs to the accused through concerned SHO for NDOH.
Put up for compliance u/s 207 Cr.P.C on 27.05.2025.
