This is the first appearance of the accused no. 2, 3 and 4 before the court. Offence under
Section 138 NI Act being bailable in nature, the accused no. 2, 3 and 4 are admitted to bail on
furnishing of bail bonds with surety bonds for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- each with one surety of like
amount.
Time is sought for furnishing of surety bonds. Let the same be filed within 10 days from
today. Meanwhile, personal bonds of the accused be filed during the course of the day on the court mail
ID.
Let copy of the complaint alongwith documents be supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
accused through email ID advmehta@gmail.com /WhatsApp 9811019124, as well as physically at B-
1/78 Ashok Vihar phase 2 Delhi 110052 during course of the day.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that accused persons are ready to pay
the cheque amount to the Complainant and accordingly an application for compounding of the present
complaint has been filed before the court. Let the copy of the same be supplied to the Ld counsel for
Complainant.,
Put up for argument on the aforesaid application for compounding on 04.06.2024 at
02.00 pm.
