Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that as per instruction, he wishes
to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties
and complainant has received the settled amount.
The scanned copy of his duly signed statement has been received on
court mail ID.
Original statement thereafter be deposited in the court. Statement has
been digitally signed by the undersigned and the same would form part of the digital
file.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the
present complaint is disposed off as withdrawn as settled. Accordingly, the accused
stands discharged of the offence u/s 138 NI Act.
Personal bonds and surety bonds, if any, are hereby discharged.
Documents of accused and his earlier surety, if any, be released after
cancellation of endorsement against acknowledgement as per rules.
File be consigned to the record room after compliance with due
formalities.
