delay for NDOH. Copy of the complaint along-with application to accompany the said notice.
The above-mentioned notice be sent through all permissible modes for NDOH in-
cluding electronic mode i.e., e-mail or WhatsApp on filing of PF by the Complainant within 30
days from today.
Complainant is permitted to serve the said notice on the proposed accused
through Registered post/speed post or any other authorized courier service as well as through
electronic mode and is thereby directed to place service report of the same before this Court by
NDOH. (Let the same be e-filed at least 2 days before NDOH).
Furthermore, it be clearly specified on the notice that, this court being a digital
court, the proceedings are conducted online through Webex Video Conferencing application
and the proposed accused is to appear through the VC link of the Court on NDOH.
