The present file has been put up before me today by
the reader-cum- ahlmad of the court.
Complainant is directed to submit the original
documents including the dishonoured cheque, dishonour memo
bearing the seal of the bank, legal demand notice, dispatch receipt
and service proof, reply, if any, etc. apart from physically signed
original complaint and attested affidavit of pre-summoning
evidence, with the reader-cum-ahlmad of the court, before NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to visit the
Digital Court Work Station for submitting the physical file between
2.30 to 3.30 p.m.
Put up for consideration on 30.01.2024.
The reader-cum-ahlmad is directed to do the updation
of the matter as per rules.
