Ld. Counsel for accused submits that the accused could not appear on LDOH
due to illness and as he not technically sound because of which he could not appear via VC.
He further submitted that now onward the accused shall appear on each and every date of
hearing.
Heard. Perused. Considered.
No medical documents have been furnished by the accused in support of his
application. Further, the ground furnished for non-appearance is not justifiable ground for
nonappearance via VC. However, still in lieu of the above submissions, and considering the
paramount importance of the liberty of an individual NBWs issued against the accused
stayed till the NDOH. Accused is directed to remain present on the NDOH via VC. No
excuses shall be taken into consideration on the NDOH .
