None for accused.
Non-Bailable warrants issued against accused returned back unexecuted with the
report that “accused could not be located”. [Ahalmad is directed to upload the report on all the
digital platforms of the Court]. However, as per the report, family member of accused was
found by the process server at the premises, who did not give any satisfactory explanation as to
the whereabouts of accused. It means that accused is very much aware about the proceedings
before this Court, but despite the same, he is absent today. In such circumstances, it appears
that the accused has either absconded or is deliberately concealing himself so as to avoid
warrant of this Court.
Accordingly, let Process u/s 82 CrPC be issued against accused, on filing of PF
within 20 days from today, returnable for 02.04.2026. The proclamation shall be published in
the following manner:
 Process server shall publicly read it out in some conspicuous place of the town
or village of the residence of accused;
 Process server shall affix the same at some conspicuous part of the house of ac-
cused or of such town or village in which he resides;
The proclamation shall also be affixed to some conspicuous part of the Court house.
