CE was closed on 25.07.2024 and since then the matter is pending at the
stage of recording SA and DE.
On 09.08.2024, since none appeared for the accused, hence NBWs were
issued against him. Vide order dt. 27.11.2024, NBWs were stayed against the accused
by the LD JMFC, Link Court.
At this stage, accused has appeared through VC.
Ld. Proxy counsel for accused seeks a passover to seek necessary
instructions regarding recording of SA today.

Statement u/s 313 CrPC recorded. It is submitted by the accused that he
does not have the facility of the printer at his end and further consents the statement
u/s 313 CrPC to be signed by his counsel on his behalf. Statement u/s 313 CrPC has
been sent on the email Id of the main counsel i.e.
anmolpanwaroffice@gmail.com( provided by Ld. Proxy Counsel for accused). Let the
same be signed and sent back during the course of the day. Further the accused
undertakes to sign the notice as and when he physically appears before the court.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file the list of documents/ list of
witnesses before NDOH with copy one week in advance to the opposite counsel.
Put up for DE on 22.03.2025 at 12:00 PM.
Both the parties have jointly expressed their willingness for conducting
DE physically from court no. 104, Extension Block, Tis Hazari Courts. They have
been apprised that DE may be conducted through VC too since this court is a digital
court. However, they have still requested for conducting DE physically from court no.
104, Extension Block, Tis Hazari for smooth completion of the entire process.
