from physical appearance today as he has gone to perform the last rituals for his
nephew. Exemption from physical appearance is allowed for today.
CW1/complainant examined in chief, cross examined and discharged.
Signed statement received back and shall form part of judicial file.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file the list of defence witnesses,
if any before NDOH.
