Vide order dated 25.11.2024 court notice was issued to the proposed accused to
argue on the point of condonation of delay.
As per the reports for proposed accused no. 1 to 4, the address was found to be
incomplete/improper.
No report received for proposed accused accused no. 5.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the report is pertaining to only one
address and not the other addresses furnished by him in the complaint.
Let fresh court notice be issued to all the proposed accused on all the addresses
mentioned to argue on the point of condonation of delay.
Reader cum Ahlmad of this court is directed to enter details of all the proposed
accused on the CIS portal so that process can be issued against all the proposed accused.
The amended complaint filed on behalf of the Complainant on 25.11.2024 is
taken on record.
The application for substitution of AR moved on behalf of the Complainant on
the last date of hearing stands allowed.
