Present: Sh. Praveen Jha, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith AR of the complainant.
An application for amendment of the complaint alongwith amended complaint on
behalf of the complainant has been moved that there was a typographical error in the complaint
wherein the cheque amount of Rs. 22,96,308/- was written as 22,96,380/-.
This is a typographical error which were not prejudiced the accused. In light of
the same, the aforesaid application is allowed.
Furthermore, an application for substitution of AR of the complaint company has
also been moved on the ground that the earlier AR of the Complainant company has resigned.
An authority letter be filed for the same.
Upon perusal of the record, it can be seen that there is delay of 3 days in filing the
complaint.
An application for condonation of delay has been moved alongwith the
complaint.
Accordingly, let court notice be issued to the proposed accused to appear before
the court and argue on the aforesaid application.
Put up again on 15.02.2025.
