Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that another connected matters settlement
talks are going on and the matter is pending for mediation on 18.01.2025.
Ld. Counsel for complainant affirms the abovementioned facts and submits that
this is the third time that the mediation has been sought.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is inclined to
explore possibility of settlement in the presnt matter.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
I find that there are elements of settlement and there seems to be a strong
possibility for amicable settlement between the parties. Parties are apprised of the process of

Mediation and its advantages. The parties submit that they are willing to settle the dispute
through the process of Mediation.
Considering the same, let the file be sent to the Mediation Cell.
Referral form filled.
Parties are directed to appear before Mediation Cell on 18.01.2025 at 12.00 pm
Reader-cum-Ahlmad is directed to comply with all the formalities in this regard.
Matter be notified before this Court for recording settlement, if any, and for
framing of notice on 05.03.2025.
