Accused no. 1 is a company.
Vide order dated 29.01.2024, summons were issued to the accused no. 1 to 5.
Report has been received only qua accused no. 1, 3, 4 and 5.
No report has been received qua accused no. 2.
As per the report qua accused no. 1, 3, 4 and 5, one person namely Inderjeet was
found at the given address who stated to be the caretaker. He had received and accepted the
service of summons on behalf of accused no. 1, 3, 4 and 5.
It seems that accused no. 1, 3, 4 and 5 are aware about the proceedings against
them and are deliberately evading the process of this court.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused persons through VC or at court’s
work station despite repeated calls today.
Be awaited for the presence of abovesaid accused persons till 02.00 PM.

None has appeared on behalf of the accused no. 1,3,4 and 5 through VC despite
repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused no. 1,3,4 and 5 is deliberately evading
from the proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of the present matter.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued
against the accused no. 1,3,4 and 5, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned.
As no report was received qua accused no. 2, let fresh summons be issued to
accused no. 2 on filing of Pf within 7 days from today.
Put up again on 21.08.2024.
