Accused no. 1 is a company.
Matter is listed for furnishing bail bonds, surety bonds and consideration on
notice and recording of settlement.
Bail bonds have been furnished qua accused no. 2, 3, 5 and 6. Same stands
accepted and taken on record.
Vide order dated 13.05.2024, BWs were issued against the accused no. 1, 3, 4 and
5 and summons were issued qua accused no. 2.
Accused no. 3, 4 and 5 are present before the court alongwith counsel.
Accordingly BWs issued against them stands cancelled.
Exemption is sought on behalf of the accused no. 2 on the ground that he is
unwell.
Exemption is allowed for accused no. 2 for today only.
Let authority letter be filed with regards to the accused no. 1 company by the Ld.
Counsel for the accused.
(Time is sought by Ld. Counsel for accused for filing vakalatnama on behalf
of all the accused persons. Let the same be filed during the course of the day)
This is the first appearance of the accused no. 3,4 and 5 before the court. Offence
under Section 138 NI Act being bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail on furnishing
of bail bonds with surety bonds for a sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one surety of like amount.

Time is sought for furnishing of surety bonds. Let the same be filed within 10
days from today. Meanwhile, personal bonds of the accused be filed during the course of the
day on the court mail ID.
Let copy of the complaint alongwith documents be supplied to the Ld. Counsel
for the accused through email ID office@legal-acumen.com/WhatsApp 9971835863 as well as
physically at 628, LGF, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana, during course of the day.
Matter is adjourned for reporting of furnishing of surety bonds and consideration
on notice to 12.12.2024.
