Father of the proposed accused.
Vide order dated 27.11.2024, court notice was issued to the proposed accused.
Exemption is sought on behalf of the proposed accused on the ground that the
proposed accused is married and will not be able to appear before the court today.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the proposed accused submits that the proposed
accused is inclined to explore possibility of settlement in the present matter.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
I find that there are elements of settlement and there seems to be a strong
possibility for amicable settlement between the parties. Parties are apprised of the process of
Mediation and its advantages. The parties submit that they are willing to settle the dispute
through the process of Mediation.
Considering the same, let the file be sent to the Mediation Cell.
Referral form filled.
Parties are directed to appear before Mediation Cell on 19.02.2025 at 11.00 AM.
Reader-cum-Ahlmad is directed to comply with all the formalities in this regard.
Put up before the National Lok Adalat to be held on 08.03.2025 for disposal.
In case parties do not arrive into any settlement, matter will be taken up on merits
on 06.06.2025.
