In view of the above, the offence under Section
379/411 IPC stands compounded between the parties
and the
accused Sonu @ Hakku is acquitted in the present case.
Bail bond of accused stand cancelled. Sureties stand
discharged. Endorsement if any, on the documents be cancelled
forthwith.
In view of the same, let the present file be put up
before National Lok Adalat for consideration on 14.09.2024.
