Ld. Counsel for the proposed accused submits that the cheque in question has
been misused by the Complainant. The same is a triable issue and is therefore not relevant at
this stage.

A perusal of the complaint shows that the legal notice in the present case was
delivered upon the proposed accused on 05.06.2024 and the present complaint was filed on
26.07.2024 which is beyond the period of limitation.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to provide clarity on the same and in
case of delay, he is at liberty to move appropriate application.
