Since the offence is bailable, accused is admitted to bail
on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in
the like amount. Accused is directed to file scanned copy of bail bond
and to file hard copy of surety bond before the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that they are willing to
settle the matter and Ld. Counsel for complainant concurs with the
submissions of Ld. Counsel for accused.
