Sh. Devender Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the accused.
Accused is absent.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that copy of complaint has not yet been
received. In the interest of justice, complainant is directed to supply the copy of
complaint to the Ld. Counsel for the accused on the whatsapp contact as mentioned in the
previous ordersheet during the course of the day.
Bail bonds, surety bonds and vakalatnama have not been furnished.
Accused is directed to furnish the aforesaid documents by NDOH positively. Accused is
directed to pay cost of Rs.1,000/- in DLSA for non-compliance of previous order.
Both the parties are directed to appear in mediation on 03.04.2025 at 02:00
P.M.
Both the parties are directed to sign the mediation form within 03 working
days from today.
The accused is directed to remain present on NDOH failing which adverse
order shall follow.
Put up for report on mediation / consideration upon notice on 14.05.2025.
