Court bail is granted to accused on furnishing of bail bond and surety bond
in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each.
Accused is unable to produce the surety today. Therefore, his personal
bond is accepted till the NDOH, subject to condition that he shall produce sound surety
on the NDOH.
Accordingly, BWs issued against accused stands cancelled.
Ld. counsel for accused submits that previous cost of Rs. 4,000/- has not
been paid by complainant.
Since, delay was condoned subject to payment of cost, payment of cost
imposed vide order dated 11.11.2025, shall be condition precedent to proceed with this
matter on NDOH.
Let court notice be issued to the complainant for payment of cost to
accused on NDOH.
Be put up for payment of cost/appropriate order on date already fixed i.e.
on 23.09.2026.
